Office of Religious Education
Mission
The Archdiocese of Atlanta Office of Religious Education (ORE) has as its mission service to our Archbishop, as he responds to the Gospel call to “go and make disciples of all nations.” Office Members:
- Promote life-long formation in the Catholic faith, through age-appropriate religious education, Sacramental formation, and catechetical leadership training.
- Remain faithful to the message and the messenger, Jesus Christ, the teaching authority of the Holy Father, the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, and our Archbishop.
- Respond to the educational and sacramental formation needs of pastors and other clergy, as well as religious education staffs and other agencies, groups, and individuals of the Archdiocese, with a sensitivity to multiculturalism and the needs of the disabled.
